Each booth fee includes admission for three personnel; additional personnel are $150 each if they are registered by Monday 30 January 2012. Registering booth personnel after 30 January (including onsite registration) costs $200 each.
Attendees must be registered by Monday 30 January 2012 to appear on printed booth materials.
