Hotels & Transportation

Hotel Reservations

The ESOH Training Symposium has secured special government rate room blocks with hotels located a few steps from the Colorado Convention Center, the symposium location.

ALL symposium attendees (student, instructor, exhibitor, etc.) are REQUIRED TO USE THE LINKS BELOW TO RESERVE A ROOM UNDER THE SYMPOSIUM GROUP BLOCK.

Failure to use these specific hotels will have a direct impact on special considerations and discounts extended to the government and may result in fees or higher room rates that become the responsibility of the attendee. If the AF does not meet a minimum number of hotel rooms per contract, the cost to the AF increases. Second official TDY contracted hotels have provisions to accommodate mass evacuations and an emergency troop movement specifically for the AF should this become necessary and are assessed for safety and security. The symposium or the US Air Force shall not be responsible for nor permitted to assist in issues or costs relating to hotels outside of the contracted symposium hotels.

All Hyatt and Grand Hyatt Guests Receive:
  • Complimentary in-room Internet
  • Complimentary use of fitness center
  • Grand Hyatt guests receive 20% off food in all Grand Hyatt outlets
To reserve your room, please call the hotel directly:
1-800-633-7313
