Reservations

The U.S. Air Force is contracted with two hotels to support this event. Symposium attendees MUST use these two hotels and identify themselves with the symposium. Failure to do so could result in a loss of discounts/symposium support. Do not book in non-symposium hotels or book directly with the hotel 1-800 or on-line system - use only the links provided here. Clicking on a link will take you to a special Symposium reservation page with the group rate already applied.

Please do not change the group rate code that appears on the page. Once you arrive at the reservation page with pre-filled dates, be sure to adjust the dates to reflect your actual stay.
